Quilting Frederick Exhibit

This Saturday I'll be exhibiting my Quilting Frederick exhibit at Cowork Frederick from 4-8 PM. The address is 122 East Patrick Street, Frederick, MD. It will be the first time I show all the quilts together so I'm pretty excited about it. I show my quilts often but its always part of a group show so it will be interesting to be the only artist in the show this time. People are not used to seeing quilts as art so it is always fun to see people's reaction to my work. Since the quilts are of buildings downtown, it'll be extra special to see people recognize the places.

I'm working on a collaboration with another local quilter and I'm hoping to get the quilt finished for the exhibit. No one has seen any progress pictures or knows anything about it so it will be a surprise to those that follow my work. Right now we are both hard at work to get it done!
